Hello, everyone! My name is Beau Albright. I’ve taught English in Tokyo, Aichi and Kagoshima for 9 years now. I’ve taught all ages including specialized lessons for speech contests, preparation for living abroad, bilingual education, English debate, etc. I studied abroad at Waseda University for 1 year in 2011. I’m enjoying teaching English to the students at Veritas.

私は東京・愛知・鹿児島で9年間、英会話を教えた経験があります。
スピーチコンテストや留学準備、バイリンガル教育、英語討論など、子供から大人まで様々な目的を持った方に英語を教えてきました。2011年には、早稲田大学へ1年間留学していました。ヴェリタス英会話アカデミーの生徒さんと楽しいレッスンができることを楽しみにしています。よろしくお願いします。

Hello, my name is Rhiannon Knecht. I am originally from New Zealand.
I’ve been working as an English teacher in Kagoshima for almost 9 years (4 years at Veritas Kindergarten, 5 years as a prefectural high school ALT, and 6 months at a children’s eikaiwa).
I really enjoy working with young kids because they have great enthusiasm towards learning and are not afraid to just “give it a try”. I am excited to be a part of the Veritas English team and am looking forward to all of the fun we will have with the children.
こんにちは、私はキネクト・リアノンです。ニュージーランドの出身です。
英語の教師として９年ほど鹿児島で働いています（4年間ヴェリタスこども園のネイティブ先生、５年間鹿児島県の高校のALT、半年間子供の英会話教室）。
私は、怖がらず挑戦し、熱心に学ぼうとする子供達の中で働くのがとても好きです。ヴェリタスこども園の一員として子供達と楽しく過ごすのを楽しみにしています。

I was an ALT in Hioki city teaching at Elementary and Junior High School for 5 years before starting at Veritas
I have previously taught English in Thailand and worked and lived in Australia.
My Education background is in Psychology, after university I worked with a charity group supporting kids with learning difficulties and additional needs.
My philosophy of teaching is that English is a tool and that it is to be used, not a subject to be studied. I strive to create a fun environment so students can use English freely with confidence.
ヴェリタス学園に入る前は鹿児島県日置市の小中学校で5年間ALTとして教えていました。
その前はタイで英語を教え、オーストラリアで働いたり住んだりしていました。
大学では、心理学を勉強し、卒業後は、学習困難や特別なニーズを持つ子供たちを支援する慈善団体で働きました。
私の教育哲学は、英語はツールであり、勉強するものではなく、使うものであるということです。生徒が自信を持って自由に英語を使えるように、楽しい環境作りに励んでいます。
